Due to the nature of our real-time data scraping, server computing costs, and live SMTP email verification, all credit pack purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or credit-to-cash conversions once a credit pack is purchased.
2. Credit Expiration
Purchased credits do not expire and will remain active on your account balance until they are consumed by scraping queries or lead extraction tasks. There are no monthly fees or subscription commitments.
3. Technical Issues & Support
If you experience duplicate transactions, billing errors, or critical platform bugs that prevent credit usage, please contact our support team. We will review billing discrepancies and apply manual credit adjustments where appropriate.
4. Billing Disputes
In case of unauthorized transactions or payment processing errors, users must contact support within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing disputes promptly.
5. Recommendations
We recommend starting with smaller credit packs to test the service before purchasing larger quantities. This allows you to evaluate the platform's performance and suitability for your needs.
