Users may query public website endpoints to compile business intelligence, tech profile structures, and email listings. Scraping of private personal dashboards, bank records, or violating local privacy legislation is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Credits
LeadScraper360 operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are purchased in packs and never expire. Each website scan costs 1 credit regardless of data extracted. There are no monthly subscription fees or recurring charges.
3. Rate Limits
We restrict concurrent query nodes to prevent system overload. Standard API users must operate within system guidelines to ensure fair usage for all customers.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users must not attempt to reverse engineer our API, bypass rate limits, or use the service for illegal purposes. Any violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Liability & Disclaimer
LeadScraper360 provides data "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service. Users are responsible for verifying data before making business decisions.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds on purchased credits. However, credits never expire and can be used at any time. We recommend starting with smaller packs to test the service.
